I am performance artist from Cape Town, South Africa and derive from a strong background in classical and contemporary dance theatre. Having graduated from the Cape Academy of Performing Arts and studied acting for film further at ACT Cape Town, I work in mixed media art forms between theatre, film and immersive platforms in dance, acting and experimental work and am based in Bristol, UK.
Alongside my performing work, I am a workshop facilitator and mentor through an arts based practice supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities, challenging circumstances and those in pupil referral units. Keep the act alive is an NPO located in South Africa which I co founded in 2017, working closely with individuals and children living in poverty stricken areas in Cape Town and surrounds.
